COURSE & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AGREEMENT

By purchasing or accessing any course, digital program, bundle, downloadable resource, or private community hosted by Jeff Jones Studio LLC (“Program”), you agree to the following:

1. Intellectual Property Ownership

All content provided within the Program is the exclusive intellectual property of Jeff Jones Studio LLC, including but not limited to:

  • Video trainings

  • eBooks and PDF guides

  • Messaging frameworks

  • Advertising strategy systems

  • Campaign structures

  • Templates and worksheets

  • Swipe files

  • Proprietary workflows

  • Recorded calls

  • Community discussions

  • Future updates and bonus materials

All materials are protected under U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Your purchase grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for your individual business use only.

No ownership rights are transferred.

2. Proprietary Ad Strategy Frameworks (Core IP Protection Clause)

The advertising strategy frameworks, messaging methodologies, funnel structures, campaign systems, and conversion models taught within this Program are proprietary business methods developed by Jeff Jones Studio LLC.

These frameworks are considered confidential trade knowledge.

You may implement these strategies within your own business.

You may NOT:

  • Teach these frameworks in paid or unpaid programs

  • Replicate the structure for resale or redistribution

  • Reverse engineer the systems to create competing educational products

  • License, sublicense, or repackage the strategies

  • Claim authorship of the methodologies

Unauthorized replication or distribution of proprietary frameworks constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in legal action.

3. License Scope

This license is granted to a single purchaser only.

You may not:

  • Share login credentials

  • Provide access to team members without purchasing additional licenses

  • Upload materials to shared drives, group programs, or membership sites

  • Distribute materials to clients or contractors

For multi-user access, written permission or an upgraded license is required.

4. Community Confidentiality

If the Program includes access to a private community hosted on Circle, all discussions, shared insights, recorded calls, strategic breakdowns, and member contributions are confidential.

You agree not to:

  • Screenshot or record community content

  • Share internal conversations externally

  • Distribute strategic discussions outside the community

The integrity of the community is part of the Program’s value and is contractually protected.

5. Future Program Expansion & Derivative Works

This Agreement applies to:

  • All current Program materials

  • All future updates

  • Expanded versions

  • Advanced tiers

  • Certifications

  • Mastermind extensions

  • Supplemental digital products

Derivative works, adaptations, and evolved versions of the Program remain the exclusive property of Jeff Jones Studio LLC.

Participation in the Program does not grant rights to create derivative educational products based on its proprietary structure.

6. Breach & Enforcement

Violation of this Agreement may result in:

  • Immediate revocation of access without refund

  • Permanent removal from associated communities

  • Financial liability for damages

  • Legal action, including injunctive relief

Jeff Jones Studio LLC reserves all rights to enforce its intellectual property protections.

7. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas.

8. Acceptance of Terms

By completing your purchase and accessing the Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
