The Kips Bay Show House 2025: Reflecting on Previous Work and Excited to Do It Again

The Kips Bay Show House 2025 marks a milestone 50th anniversary, bringing together some of the most visionary designers in the country to transform a Dallas estate into a living work of art. Reflecting on my unforgettable experience photographing Mark D. Sikes’ 2020 project, I’m reminded of how each room tells a story through color, texture, and imagination. This year, I’m honored to return behind the lens to capture two incredible clients as they reimagine design at 2999 Turtle Creek Boulevard — a space steeped in history, beauty, and purpose. More than a showcase, Kips Bay is a celebration of creativity and community, raising funds for the Kips Bay Boys & Girls Club and inspiring the next generation of dreamers.
